Visitor guide

Everything you need to attend a virtual exhibition on EXPOVERSE: create an account, register for an event, receive your badge, walk the 3D hall, visit booths, chat with exhibitors and join video meetings.

Who it is for
Visitors and anyone attending exhibitions and conferences remotely or on site.
Where to start
Home → Browse events; after signing in: the visitor portal (/me).

1. Create and verify your account

The account is free and works for every event on the platform.

Create a new account

From the top of any page press “Create account”. Enter your first and last name, e-mail and a strong password, choose the e-mail language (Arabic or English), accept the terms and press “Create account”.

A verification e-mail arrives within minutes. Open it and press “Verify e-mail”. The link is valid for 24 hours.

  • The password needs at least 10 characters mixing character types, and must not be a common password or equal to the e-mail.
  • You cannot register for events before the e-mail is verified.

Tip:No e-mail? Check the spam folder or use “Resend” on the “Check your e-mail” page. If you mistyped the address, contact the event organizer so the platform administrator can correct it.

Sign in and reset your password

Press “Sign in” and enter your e-mail and password. You land in the visitor portal.

Forgot it? Press “Forgot password” and you receive a reset link valid for one hour.

Note:After 5 wrong attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes for protection.

2. Discover events

Browse events

The home page shows events “Happening now” and “Upcoming”. Press “Browse events” for the full catalog with search and filters by type (exhibition, conference, forum), format (hybrid or virtual only), country and date.

Open any card to see the event page: description, dates, physical venue if any, participating exhibitors and the registration button.

3. Register and get your digital badge

The registration form

On the event page press “Register now”. Your basic data is pre-filled from your account; complete mobile in international format (+9665…), job title, company, country and city, and interests (up to 10).

The organizer may ask for consent to share your contact data with exhibitors you interact with — you can revoke it later on the “Privacy” page.

  • Automatic approval: you are approved immediately and the badge is issued.
  • Manual approval: the registration stays “Pending” until the organizer reviews it; you get a notification and e-mail when it is approved or rejected.
  • You can cancel your registration from its page any time before the event ends.

At hybrid events the organizer's staff scans the code at the physical entrance. The badge is revoked automatically if the registration is cancelled.

4. Enter the 3D virtual exhibition

The virtual exhibition opens when the event is “Live”. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, on computers and phones.

Entering and moving around

From “Dashboard” → “Live now” press “Enter expo”. The 3D hall loads and you start at the entrance.

On a computer: move with the arrow keys or W A S D, hold Shift to run, drag with the mouse to look around, or click the floor to walk there. On a phone: use the joystick to move, drag to look, tap the floor or a booth.

  • Minimap: your position and the booths — click a booth to go there.
  • Search: find an exhibitor or product and jump to its booth.
  • List / 2D view: a fast alternative for weak devices or if you prefer lists.
  • “Return to entrance” and “Overview” to reset the camera.

Tip:The platform uses WebGPU in modern browsers and falls back to WebGL2 automatically. If your device is slow, lower the quality in “Settings” or use the 2D view.

In the meeting: mute/unmute, camera on/off, choose devices and speaker from the settings button, and watch the representative's screen share. “Leave” exits with the option to rejoin; “End meeting” closes it for both.
